Team Members (Kitchen & Counter Service)
About the Role
As a Team Member at Döner & Company, you’ll be part of our opening team and play a hands-on role in daily service. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position, focused on food prep, customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do

Assist with food prep and counter service

Assemble and serve food according to Döner & Company standards

Clean throughout the shift

Work as part of a team during busy service periods

Supporting opening and closing tasks as part of the team

Team Leaders (All-Around Restaurant Support)
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily operations and the team on the floor. While ownership handles high-level decisions, this role helps ensure smooth service, clear communication, and consistency — especially during busy periods and when ownership is not on-site. This position offers the chance to take on increased responsibility over time as the team and operations grow.
What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts

Support and guide team members during service

Assist with training and reinforcing procedures

Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
-
Support inventory awareness and communicate restocking needs
-
Assist with staff coordination and day-to-day shift planning
-
Communicate operational or staffing issues to ownership
-
Assisting with or leading opening and closing procedures when ownership is not on-site
-
Serving as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience in food service or shift leadership is beneficial
-
Comfortable leading while working hands-on
-
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
-
Strong communication and team-first mindset
-
Absolute honesty and commitment to customer service!
Compensation & Hours
Pay Rates
-
Team Members: $13–16/hour, depending on experience
-
Team Leaders: $17–20/hour, depending on experience
Planned Opening Hours
-
Mon–Thu: 11am–10pm
-
Fri: 11am–12am
-
Sat: 7am–12am
-
Sun: 7am–9pm
Growth Opportunity
Requirements
-
Utah Food Handler Permit required (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
-
Team Leaders must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification
-
All positions are subject to background checks
-
Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required for most roles.
